What does Agora measure?
Agora’s four smart sensors track what matters most: temperature, volume, and movement.
Milk-to-vat temperature – monitors cooling as milk enters the vat, confirming your plate cooler is working effectively.
In-vat temperature – tracks milk temperature inside the vat in real time and alerts you before quality slips.
Agitator or transfer status – confirms agitation and transfer cycles are running correctly to prevent stratification.
Milk volume – shows exactly how much milk is in the vat at any moment, improving pickup planning and coordination.
Agora's capability is expanding and soon we'll be able to measure and track water, energy and chemical metrics.
How does Agora work?
Small sensors on your vat send readings through a long-range wireless network to Agora’s secure cloud. Data then appears instantly in the Agora app on your phone or laptop. You can see live data, receive alerts if something’s off, and access a full history for audits.
