Is the app the same as my existing Agora app?

Yes. All sensor data appears inside your existing Agora dashboard

What is the install process?

Agora calls you after interest registration, completes a 15-min assessment, then books an install visit. Usually within 1–2 weeks.

Is there a contract?

There will be no contract for this service, you're not tied in to anything.
