We've just released a new alert to help protect your milk quality, right from the start of your first milking.

What's new?

Agora now monitors your vat at the beginning of every milking. Within the first 10 minutes of milk entering the vat, the system checks that your pre-cooling is working. If it's not cooling the way it should be, you'll get a notification straight to your phone, so you can fix it before it affects your milk.

What you need to do:

- Make sure your pre-cooling is turned on before milking starts
- Make sure your Agora app notifications are enabled on your phone

That's it. Agora handles the rest.

Why does this matter?

Milk that doesn't cool fast enough at the start of a milking is one of the harder problems to catch, because by the time you notice, it's often too late. This alert is designed to give you that early warning, every single milking.
